I have been sticking to the program, loving the ability to customize the food as i now have a freezer full of food. I have been trying new food and for the most part loving it. It has taken a while to get it all ready but its is really worth it.
In the first week i was really good at getting my lunch ready the night before - i need to get back to this to help in the rush of my mornings.
I am exersicing the 6 days a week and walking on the rest day to get my steps up.
Some achievements that i have made have been:
- Going out for a work lunch and eating well. I did have a scone but no cream. Made the right meal choices and swapped to get the better one. I left feeling great - not upset that i had eaten off the program. But supper happy with myself that i stuck to my plan for the day.
- I went to a friends house for dinner and took my own mini pizza, had a mouth full of dessert but that's it.
- Got given a case of chocolates gave most away at work had one and then took the rest home for my family to share. We did not end up eating them.
- Went to the movies - had a curly wirly for 122 Cal, within my 1200 for the day and a green tea. I did not feel like i missed anything. My sister even thought that it was probably better than her choc top.
- Wanted to get out for walks down the coast and not sit watching TV or reading.
My goals for the next 4 weeks are:
6kg lost
Get to bed EARLY
Prepare lunch the day before
update my Blog
I think i am going to set myself up a goal sheet and track the days that i do it on so that i can see how i am going.
